About the Lessons

Six years old is a perfect beginner age.

Beginners are taught at the digital piano, and sometimes have the opportunity to try the grand piano. More advanced students always play at the grand piano.

The music school year starts September 10th 2019, but new students are welcome to join at any time.

Students can also be taught in Russian.

Eleonora gives piano lessons only in her home in Ottawa South, near Elmvale.

The prices for lessons are the following:

  • 45 minutes – 40$
  • 60 minutes – 50$

The first lesson is given for free, to allow the student and the teacher to decide if they are a good fit for each other.

Payment for lessons is monthly and is due at the beginning of the first lesson of the month.

Generally, students who wish to do RCM examinations will start preparing for them after two of three years. By this time, they will have learned the essentials that will allow them to give a meaningful and expressive performance at the exam.

Twice a year, we hold a concert for the parents that all students participate in. There concerts allow each child to perform an interesting repertoire and hear the well-deserved applause.

Welcome to the challenging and exciting world of music!
